Our Classes - Scentwork & Tricks
All classes are reward based, force-free and run in small groups. Suitable for puppies from 12 weeks, adolescent, adult and older dogs.
Reactive or anxious dogs are very welcome - we can work one at a time with plenty of space.
Small, friendly classes held in Blackburn, Higher Walton and Thornton - Cleveleys, our focus is on building the relationship between you and your dog, making training enjoyable and rewarding for you both.
We use games, play, tricks and scentwork to build confidence, engagement and teamwork - so it feels less like a battle and more like something that you both want to do.
Ww usually start with food as it is the quickest way to help your dog understand what we are asking for, but if yours goes crazy for a ball or tuggy, we can absolutley use those instead. Reward based training is portable, keeps them interested and turns training into a game.
We have a particular interest in Terrier breeds as we live and work with them - but all breeds as very welcome.
They've just taught us to think outside the box a little more - which helps with every dog. If yours thinks training should be on their terms, we'll get along!
